Stockholm Archipelago Raid 2018 – Entries open, only 30 slots available

On April 1st 2018 registration for the Stockholm Archipelago Raid is open! From 23-26 August 2018 another edition of this famous F18 long distance Raid will take place. Because it’s a very populair event and the number of slots are limited to 30, you must be in time to fill in your entry form. This event is one of the classic F18 events and therefore part of the F18 Hall of Fame.

Traditionally the start and finish of the Stockholm Archipelago Raid will be in front of the KSSS yachtclub in Saltsjöbaden (Stockholm). The Raid consists of 2 or 3 long distance races each day. Every day the finish will be at one of the 30.000 rocky islands in the Archipelago where you’ll absolutely need to navigate on GPS and charts. The last finish of each day will be at an island where teams will have their base camp for that night. The sailors will be welcomed with a hot sauna, cold drinks and of course a good meal. The next morning at breakfast there will be a sailors briefing where the new legs will be explained by a professional race committee & security team. A dedicated luggage boat will arrange the transport of all personal gear to the next base camp. Sounds good? Make sure you take this great race from your bucketlist and sign up now! The preliminary Notice of Race 2018 can already be found here.
