After a tense tacking battle close to the rocks from Cap Fréhel to Cap d’Erquy, Brett Burvil and Max Puttman (Windrush Edge) won the fifth and last leg, confirming their leadership, and finishing first overall, completing the Costarmoricaine course in 15:40:48, 5 minutes and 47 seconds ahead Victorien Erussard/Frédéric Moreau (Goodall Akurra), their most serious contenders, together with Matteo Chevrier/Gaspard Cosse (Exploder Scorpion), finishing only 36 seconds from Energy Explorer team.
