2026 Americas Regatta in Hilton Head South Carolina

From Steve Stroebel, US F18 Chair

General

The race organizers are working hard to create a great regatta both on the water and for social activities ashore.  Finalize your plans for the summer and register for this great event. There is less than a month until late registration fees start on July 16 so register now to save and let the organizers know how many boats are attending.

Also USF18 is offering grants for young sailors under 26 years old, women sailors and first time national attendees to provide financial assistance to attend. If you want more information or to apply for a grant contact steve.stroebel@cox.net

We have published a revision to the NOR for the Americas Regatta which provides details on the beach location and site map so that you have the information needed to make lodging arrangements. There is also a great discounted rate at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel next to the venue listed in the NOR.

We already have 21 entries with a very competitive fleet including three North American/Americas Champion, a 2-time World Champion from Argentina sailing as a crew and a former North American champion as crew now sailing as the helm. We already have two Canadian boats registered. So come join the best from the Americas for this great regatta!
