Would you need Third-Party liability insurance to participate in the Worlds, then you can request it through the Club de Vela la Ballena Alegre, who will provide you a sailing license from the Catalan Sailing Federation for a regatta, which costs €30 per sailor. See Coverage Civil Liability Policy.
