Superb remontada for Belgian pair Demesmaeker/Gagliani, who managed to get five bullets and one second place in races 3 to 8, after a disastrous Day One at 2021 SAR (see previous article). Following, they finish with a total of 176 points, 3 points ahead multiple SAR winners Karlsson/Nordblom (SWE), who suffered on the last day sailed under light winds, and 6 points ahead Finnish/French team Nieminen/Backes, scoring pretty regular 3 to 6 places.

To note the close fight between mixed teams, Danes eventually succeeding in taking the lead over Swedes, by scoring a nice 3rd place in Race 7.

Close fight between Jan Hedmann Jensen/Penny Wyon (DEN) & Therese Antman/Oscar Wetterling (SWE)

Jolly good performance for Noordzij father and son, keeping the lead on the first two racing days, and finishing at a more than honourable 4th place.
