From Adecat Galicia
For four days (from 6 to 9 August 2020) participants and companions will be able to enjoy all that Galicia offers. More than one hundred nautical miles make up a sporting event at the highest level, enjoying unforgettable experiences on its shores.
The Race
On a daily basis the ground support team will take care of your suitcases, cattrack and other material. The regatta will run under rating system, only for rating boats between 0.90 and 1.10 according to SCHRS system and two crew members onboard. You only have to concentrate on enjoying your approximately 6 hours per day divided into different stages of the raid until you complete bout 25 nautical miles daily.
The regatta and security team will always be watching the racers following a strict safety protocol. Real Club Náutico de Vigo, the port of departure of the regatta, will be the port of arrival on the last day, where you can leave your car and trailer safely.
The RBCR 2020 “Spanish Long Distance Cup” will be organised by Real Club Náutico de Vigo, under the authority of RFEV.
