Finnish F18 Class Association recently renewed its Board, new members being as follows:
- Markus Ahonen (Chairperson)
- Ilkka Koskenniemi (Finance)
- Joonas Arponen (Operations)
- Ilkka Saura (International affairs)
Markus, the new chairperson, is a trusted Formula 18 sailor who has been sailing F18’s since 2010. He sails a Nacra Infusion Mk II named “The Empire Strikes Back” with another stormtrooper Samuel Rinnetmäki.
As a chairperson, Markus will focus on keeping the good spirit in the class and introducing F18 to new sailors. Finnish sailors are excited to welcome Markus as their new chairperson!
