Emergency ruling on Sail Innovation sailsFollowing the situation raised in Balatonfüred about Sail Innovation sails, and after investigating and widely consulting, the World Council decided, according to Class Rules A.3.2, A.13.1 (c) and G.3.2 (c) to invalidate until further notice the measurement certificates attached to the following sails produced by Sail Innovation, this being in force by Saturday 30th July 2011 :
