Successful French Cup in Locmariaquer

Very nice edition for 2025 French Cup sailed 8 – 11 May at Société Nautique de Locmariaquer, https://www.snlocmariaquer.com, both in terms of sport and general atmosphere.

The sailing

• Four days of regatta under varied wind conditions, from light to medium, ending with a nice breeze on last day;
• Three days of windward/leeward round the cans races;
• One long distance race on Saturday;
• A total of 10 races. A really nice program, perfectly orchestrated by a pro Race Officer, top-level mark layers, and dedicated volunteers.

• Congratulations too to Françoise Detling, Race Officer, for her unfailing commitment and animation of this superb event!

Scoring

As for the results, I can’t hide our pleasure to have interspersed between American Pair Ravi Parent & Lena Weikichel and the Australian duo Gavin Colby & Kai Colman, impressive throughout the regatta!
