Tricky conditions in the Bay of Baiona and a final day full of suspense ended with Coen DE KONING and Jeroen VAN LEEUWEN winning the F18 World Championships in Nigran, Spain.

The task force chaired by Liesbeth Oosterhagen and Gerhard van Geest succeeded in managing one more great event for the F18 Class, with 141 entered teams coming from 15 countries and 3 continents, and they all have to be heartfully thanked for their dedicated involvement in making the 2005 Worlds a perfect success.

153 teams representing twelve nations from three continents have entered the 5th Formula 18 World Championship held in Puntala (ITA), making this event the largest one our class has ever managed under the widest range of weather conditions.
