“We’re proud to announce the name of our new flagship: the Goodall Design Akurra !
Over the last 30 years our most successful designs have carried snake names, and we feel this F18 deserves the same honour.
The Indigenous Australians (aboriginals) tell a story of a giant water snake with a beard mane and sharp fangs, whose movements shaped the land. The name of this great snake is Akurra.
Just like the Capricorn (2004-2009) and C2 (2010-2020) the Goodall Design Akurra will be our hero to shape the catamaran landscape for years to come.
